I have been fortunate to know Patrick for quite a few years through a mutual friend. I was thrilled to hear when he shared that he planned to get into the real estate business a few years back.

After owning a two-family home for over a decade and making several life changes, I thought about selling my two-family.   My children were growing up and life was happening! I no longer lived in the same county and the responsibility of being a landlord was challenging to juggle. I first reached out to Patrick when I thought I was ready to move forward with the process in 2018/2019. I was curious to see what the market was like. Patrick willingly put a bunch of comps together so I could make an informed decision regarding how to proceed. Honestly, trying to sell my home just sounded daunting, and I wasn’t ready.

Patrick supported my decision and never pressured me to move forward. He did not check in monthly or ever ask me if I wanted to change my mind.

Finally, in July 2022, I was ready to make the leap. During this time, the market was truly a seller’s market. Even though there were a lot of changes in the market and with interest rates, I knew I was ready to take on the added stress. I reconnected with Patrick and told him I was ready to take on this process.

He started working diligently for me. He shared updated comps within 24 hours of my request.   He made great recommendations regarding some adjustments to make once we did a walk-through together and knew just what to suggest we should put the house on the market to bring in all the potential buyers.

He listened to all of my concerns and helped to work with me and the tenants living in my two-family while we juggled scheduled visits. Although things happened fast and at the moment felt intense and overwhelming, Patrick mastered all of this with ease and was able to connect with my tenants to reassure them that they would be in good hands.

I really feel that since my house was priced just right, we had over 30 showings within 3 days of going LIVE and multiple offers to consider.

The funny thing is…even after almost a year of selling my home he reached out to check on me. He happened to find the key chain that had the spare set of keys and asked me if I wanted it back.

Selling homes is more than just a business to him. It is a way for him to build relationships to help you have a successful experience. I was happy to have him on my side to work through what can often be an extremely stressful process. He knew just how to make every appear so easy and be absolutely seamless

He really listened to what we were seeking in our new home and demonstrated patience as we took our time. Patrick was a wealth of information and resources. He got us prequalified for a loan, got us set up with a lawyer, inspector, and homeowners insurance, and not only did he find us the perfect home but he continues to go above and beyond by providing us with helpful tidbits, and business referrals for preparing and maintaining a home in a state that has seasons (which we are not accustom to).
